The German hotel regulations are applicable. As a rule, booking cancellations are accepted only if they are made in writing.
Cancellation insurance
Payment of a fee of only 2.00 Euros per person and day booked will cover you for all cancellation costs in the case of an accident, illness or serious event incurred by the persons insured.
