To be able to fulfil the wishes of our guests, the personnel of the 4 star Hotel Helvetia attaches great importance to perfect service at all times. The fact that we are on the right track has been confirmed by this award: The Wellness Centre has been awarded the "Goldene Servicekrone 2010/2011" - the Golden Service Crown for 2010/11. This reward is given every year by the Excelsior Business Club to selected hotels with outstanding service.
