'Easy for you' means maximum flexibility for your planned conference/event on our premises in Lindau:

• We need to receive your list of participants only 4 days before the arrival date.
• We charge "only" for the conference guests that have arrived. The administrative effort is reduced to an absolute minimum since the frequently cumbersome administration of contingents is eliminated.
• Outdoor events can be planned and carried out completely by us on the basis of our detailed knowledge. We guarantee proven quality.

And if nevertheless you have to cancel...no problem ...   
You will receive an invoice from us for 100% of the cost of the conference. Since we do not want to lose you as a customer, you will receive from us by the same mail a credit note to the amount invoiced which you can redeem with us in the course of one year.

The credit note can be redeemed only by the same company. It cannot be transferred to a private individual.
