Fresh produce from Lake Constance
We intend to spoil you with fresh regional seasonal produce and a variety of freshly caught fish directly from Lake Constance which underlines the wellness orientation of our establishment. We are supplied with fresh lake fish five times per week. And we grow a small part of the herbs used in our kitchen at the open air lounge. In the nearby Allgäu region, we harvest Alpine hay grown during the summer months without fertiliser for our hay kitchen. Obviously, we cater for those suffering from allergies.
